At Vascal, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return process.

1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to accept your return request.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags and accessories, if applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

3. Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.
  • How to Get Return Label: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label via email to download and print.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Free. There are no return shipping charges for any returned items (including damaged, defective, or change-of-mind returns).

4. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.

5. How to Request a Return

    Your order number
    Reason for the return
    Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request and send you return instructions along with your free return label.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our official business address below:

6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
  • We currently refund payments made through PayPal and Venmo.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Final sale or clearance items that are clearly marked as non-returnable.
